The hotel boasts an excellent location central to many attractions, making it easy to explore. The staff were notably friendly and the food, especially the pizza, was a delicious highlight of the stay. However, the room's decor felt outdated, with furnishings in need of replacement. Additionally, the lack of radiator or effective heating made the room chilly, impacting overall comfort. Lastly, the absence of basic amenities like a working hairdryer and iron detracted from the experience.
